I had a pretty good stay overall, especially considering how close the hotel is to everything I needed, like the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious for my family, which was great, but the carpets were really dirty and the bathroom needed some serious attention. I did appreciate the pool area, which was nice and suitable for all ages. However, the extra fee for a quieter room and other maintenance issues were a bit of a letdown.

While the location is convenient, that was about the only positive aspect of my stay. The room had its downsides, including poor cleanliness and issues with the door locks. On top of that, the service was lacking and the vibe of the resort felt outdated. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The room was quite spacious and included a kitchen with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. However, the separation of the second bedroom with bifold louvre doors made it unsuitable for children, as it did not block out noise or light.

I found myself quite frustrated with my stay at this resort. While the location is excellent, right near the eatery area of Broadbeach, the state of the apartments leaves much to be desired. The facilities had some redeeming aspects, like the pool area, but it was too cold to enjoy. Overall, it felt like the service could use a lot of improvement in terms of attentiveness, and I genuinely wouldn't recommend it unless you're only looking for a place to crash for a night. The value just wasn't there for what I experienced.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and near all the shops and restaurants. The one-bedroom unit we stayed in was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette that allowed us to make our own meals.
